Don't burn your bras - - - -

- - - - send them to Senegal! Oxfam's latest initiative and the shop window dressed to attract attention. Apparently there is a great demand for this item of women's clothing in Senegal. The country does not have the facilities to manufacture this complicated piece of 'equipment' so they are hard to come by. Oxfam will send out the bras and they will be distributed to market traders thereby providing them with stock and a livelihood. The Sengalese women will them be able to purchase them for a reasonable cost.
A good morning at the shop and a visit from another of 'my' older customers who has just reached 90 and looks wonderful.
Another hospital visit but a very cheerful one to see my neighbour who is recovering after a fall.
Too wet and awful to go out so attended to some village hall paperwork. Now ready to go up to rehearsal again and be ready with any prompts, they are actually doing very well so hopefully when the time comes I will be redundant.
