Tuesday's Lemon Curd!

A great way to use the glut of eggs I have at the moment. This is the second batch and much of it is destined for the family, (take note K!)
Chilly but bright day so going out to walk the fields with Bracken. Hope to see film tonight 'Marigold Hotel'. What a cast!
