No....it's 2 planes! (probably need to look at it large)

Do you think it constitutes a near miss? Maybe they are to far apart, but they looked pretty close to me.

We're getting an early summer!!....and on another day like today, it's difficult not to find more pleasure down at Bushy Park. Although, I'm not sure this lone 'dead' tree will be giving much more pleasure. Wonder why it died?
