Some burnt, some not
Normally, I make my hot x buns with water but today I tried the Paul Hollywood version with milk from BBC Good Food magazine. They're ok, but I think better with water and I use half wholemeal/half white bread flour. I had to hide them from the children and Rob had 3 before they'd even cooled.
