New view

The view we used to have at the back of the house was awful. It was where we used to throw old ashes and coals from the fire, my husband also dumped a bit of concrete there too - just where I put my washing out so I was always tripping over!

Firstly, I took away all the old grass and nettles then leveled the ground before putting on a membrane to stop more weeds. Lavender was kindly supplied by my mother in law at the weekend and the wood chippings was left by the tree surgeons we had doing some work at the end of summer last year. It only took about 9 hours all in and I really like it out there now!
