Walkies!

Today we went to the International Festival at school. There were over 50 food stalls selling foods from all the different countries, entertainment including a clown and music, arts and crafts etc. I was really looking forward to it but ended up having a pretty miserable time, mainly due to my kids.

Okay so it was packed and it was hot but my beautiful gorgeous children were bloody hard work! O wanted to paint plates and then she wanted to have her face painted and then she wanted to look for her friends and then she wanted to play hook the ducks and then....you get the picture. D on the other hand wanted to walk wherever was the most difficult, crowded and inconvenient place and if you didn't let him walk where he wanted he would cry. Very loudly.

The only positive thing was that we somehow managed to get D to wear his reigns and O loved holding the other end. However don't let the cuteness of the above picture deceive you - it didn't last for long!
