Budding

Another beautiful day and a great run this morning - it's finally getting easier and now I can even dare to start thinking about racing again - hurrah! Now that I've typed this the kids will get sick or I'll get injured. No, no I mustn't be pessimistic. Positive thoughts. Positive thoughts.

The kids did really well in their swimming lessons today and D had the biggest smile on his face after he had been submerged a couple of times. So, why on earth will he not tolerate the shower? He won't even go near it now - grrr!

Anyway can't stop and chat as I can feel my calves tightening up so I must go and stretch. Positive thoughts...
