Day out to Archangel's place
We had a great day out; Flick, Shedmonkey and me.
We took a trip to Salford Quays which is a familiar blip location to anybody who regularly looks at Archangel's journal.
There was a spectacular portrait photography exhibition on at the Lowry - something that was totally inspirational, and I will become inspired if I ever get the time.
Across the bridge is the Imperial War Museum of the North - an architecturally stunning building containing some superb exhibits and some super-dramatic presentations, where all the walls in the main area become cinema-screens so that the audience get immersed in the experience. An excellent FREE entertainment.
I hope Archangel realises just how lucky he is to have all that stuff on his doorstep.
He's also got a river with swans.
