Smoked garlic

I like this stuff a lot but am not going to tell you about the recipe as I already wrote it down once and Blip swallowed it. I hope it enjoyed it. :-)

Anyway, it was sensible to confine myself to the kitchen for a while as there were unmistakeable sounds of photo-shopping and excitement coming from the next room....
