Slow progress.

I am really enjoying this tapestry but it is very slow to progress. There are lots of colour changes and little dots of colour all over the place. A little bit more tonight I think. I keep reminding myself there is absolutely no rush and it's not as if I'm short of cushions!
Visited my old neighbour at lunch time. She re-located to sheltered accomodation and is doing very well. At 96 she has decided to stop cooking and has her meals delivered, she was however in the middle of a pile of ironing when I arrived. It was lovely to see her so happy and settled.
Weather is grey and wet today but I'm hoping for a return of the sunshine very soon. Would like more walks in the great outdoors please, preferably without waterproofs! Fingers crossed.
