Coo-ee!

It's been a 'slow blip day' so I am grateful to this wood pigeon for turning up at the end of the afternoon. There was some scuffling outside and there were two pigeons walking up and down on the top of the hawthorn hedge. It is laced with ivy and the birds were picking out the berries which they love.
Spent my morning in 'the shop', it was pretty chilly but not raining at least. After lunch decided to get to grips with the Kindle and download a book or two. Rarely do I sit down and read in the afternoon but that's how I spent a couple of hours!
