Cream Crackered
Last week before the arse fell out of our world I was invited by Ally's teacher to go with them on a school trip to Bodrifty. I arranged for Red to spend the day with "ClareClare" and agreed to go.
It was brilliant. Sky class were lovely and the place itself is fascinating. The rebuilt roundhouse is incredible. Ally is pictured stood inside I think the oldest of the "proper" roundhouses. It is about 4000 years old! The village has lasted because the walls were made from granite. It is positioned on a ridge between St Ives and Penzance so we had views of both coasts - the Atlantic on one side and the English Channel on the other. This did mean though that it was bitterly cold despite the sunshine!
