One for the cyclists

some of you are aware that I was knocked from my bike whilst out yesterday, not entirely the motorists fault, I did contribute a bit. I have a cut to my head and shin and sore shoulders from landing on the tarmac in my back.

There was absolutley no damage to my bike but I managed to "pop" the retaining clips from the bumper bar of the car.

I have been ribbed mercilessly by colleagues for contributing the accident and the irony of it all was I was on my way to purchase a cycling helmet !

Today's blip has made me feel a bit better, my new On One 29er wheelset, blue anodized hubs, white rims and red anodized nipples. I'm not sure I'll actually fit them to my bike currentlly I'm staring at them in my study.

I'm off for a cycle ride but will be watching closely for motorists !

Did I mention that they had blue anodized skewers too......
