The mouth of the Tyne

This is the view from Tynemouth Village looking west towards North and South Shields, I'm a South Shields person but now live on the dark side.

Today I paid up for the damage to the car during the course of my cycling incident, I could have argued the toss but I really can't be bothered with all the fuss. As a result I'm £170 lighter in my pocket, luckily I had sold more stuff on ebay and that covered the cost. Note to self, don't go out cycling after 3 hrs sleep off a night shift.

My picture tonight isn't quite as good as I'd hoped and I was kind of figuring on trying to get the moon in which was just out of the frame to the left. It was very cold and I was under dressed so I rattled a few shots off and this is the best of a bad bunch.

I have one more day off, I hope that you're all having a great weekend.
