Trifle

Hubby still unfit to drive although not feeling quite as dizzy, so think the pills are controlling it. So, it was my job to drive us all to H's Granny's in the afternoon. Auntie E and Uncle R went too and we all stayed for a lovely roast dinner. Dessert was home-made trifle, which was sprinkled with grated chocolate and this seemed to be the main thing that H was interested in. After removing the serving bowl from the living room, I ventured through 10 minutes later to find her standing on a chair, reaching over the table, and eating chocolate and cream from the huge serving spoon! Cheeky monkey!

We went home around 8pm, and left H to stay the night at Granny's. We spent the evening sorting out baby stuff and re-packing my hospital bags so I now feel slightly more organised. Fingers crossed for a good sleep!
