Park Life

As usual on a Saturday it took us ages to get ourselves ready and get out the door to do something. We were just about to leave to head to the park, when the heavens opened, and we had hail and rain. So much for the nice morning!

H's Daddy went for a haircut at the local barbers and had his hair massacred by a young girl who works there. He ended up going back to get it evened up as it was sticking up everywhere, although they can't do much to sort the length as it's ridiculously short at the back.

After sorting that mess out, the weather cleared, and we headed to Drumpellier Country Park for a walk around. There were lots of swans, although no ducks (which I remember from my childhood), and the playpark was very busy. It was however, absolutely freezing! We didn't last long although H would have happily run around in the cold all day.
