Ok so I stole the joke from radio one today but it made me laugh, and little did I know I would get a relevant opportunity to wheel it out on the same day and pretend it was my own.

Late start after the late night last night with egg, mushroom & bacon for lunch.

We've been singing on the karaoke machine this afternoon. We are all equally and truly terrible at it. The girls can blame it on being new readers but I have no such excuse.

M was laying on the floor doing the whole "gimmee 5, oh too slow" routine when she received a high five to the face from her 18 month old sister. I've never seen blood tears before but now I have I can tick it off my list and hopefully not see them again for a few years. All a bit depressing for m who got a less accidental blow to the face only yesterday (see previous blip). Poor love, I was relieved that once it all settled down there really mustn't much to see (scuse the pun). I blipped it anyway for good measure.

Just been for my Sunday run and gave these blooming dumbbells another airing. I seriously have no clue what I'm doing with them. I have a leaflet but it's a bit terrible and every you-tube video is entirely different. I may just use them as ornaments. ;-)
