Bowling for supper

Took the kids bowling today. They thrashed me. I seem to either get strikes or chuck it in the gutter. No middle ground.

We worked up an appetite though and went to frankie and bennies afterwards. Just thinking of the hot pancakes now still makes my mouth water. We'd gone there with the kids friends kainan and keilana and their dad. Turns out he took the photos of the basketball players that are on the wall in the restaurant. Little claim to fame for him there.

Been to Argos this evening for a shower head a toaster and some dumbbells. I wonder which item will still be in use in a years time.

Watched hurt locker with j and a bottle of wine. Nice way to spend an evening. Film started really well, very tense... But then fizzled out a bit... Or maybe I just had too much wine...
