The first meal worm
I had another go with the live meal worms today. It was late afternoon, so not the most brilliant time to expect the birds to feed. I was in a rush, so I did not put the hide in position; I just hid behind the bushes and hoped for the best.
This little blue tit was the only one brave enough to come to feed. He came twice. I could tell because he has an unusual bill. Next time I'll put the hide up and hope to get closer. This image was taken at 300mm and then had to be heavily cropped.
Nearly finished the photo homework today. All the LRPS prints are printed and nearly all the mounts are cut. Phew!
