Traffic Management

Ethan & I have had a lovely Thursday today. Up at 6.50am and rather than coming into my bed for his morning bottle of milk it was straight downstairs (where he told me off for giving him green milk instead of blue)!

We pottered around most of the morning although I did manage a wee bit of ironing. In fact we pottered for so long we ended up being 5 minutes late for his swimming class! The class didn't go too badly today. He still refused to use the noodle and put it back in the box, but he enjoyed the class and we didn't have any meltdowns today.

The over to The Centre where we went for lunch in Debenhams. I've don't tend to take him out for lunch with just me and him very often but it went pretty well. Then off to the station to pick up Foreveryoung and in to Edinburgh where the 3 of us were getting a haircut.

Ethan behaves so well at the hairdressers. Mind you, when he wasn't getting his own hair cut, he spent most of the time with his nose glued to the window pointing out every bus and taxi which went by (there are lots as it's one of the main bus routes into the city centre)!

Then over to Bathgate to Foreveryoungs house. Hubbie & Grandpa met us there too. Ethan is having a sleepover there tonight - very strange leaving to come back home without him! It's the first time he has slept there. He went to sleep without a fuss so I hope he doesn't wake too early in the morning and gives Foreveryoung a lie in!
