Pad thai for dinner.
Whiped this up tonight in between feeding the little man and helping his Dad put him to bed. Oh and cleaning up a cat furball mess and taking a shower/washing my hair while the water pressure was high enough for the hot water to work.
I thought it looked quite good and I didn't have another photo for today so I snapped this. The husband's first question was did you use all of the noodles (implication 'that doesn't look much'), second question 'how old are the noodles' (oldish, but they don't go off right?!), third question 'did you forget to put in chilli' (no I hadn't forgotten). Guess that it didn't taste as good as it looked then!
I think I'll let him make dinner tomorrow :p
In other news we are down to about -10 degrees now, the coldest winter in Baku in over 100 years (or 150 depending on your source). Although we have the heating on, it's 9 degrees in the bathroom and 12 in our bedroom. A little warmer in the little man's room as he has a free standing oil filled radiator. It snowed again today and the wind was back.... there's no end in sight yet!
