Enjoying some cheese.

He usually has it in cubes, but tonight I gave him some grated cheese while we prepared the rest of dinner - cottage pie for all of us. He tucked in happily, although a fair amount ended up on his face, bib, highchair and the floor. The cats were asleep so didn't clean up the floor for me!

It's still bitterly cold here. Another inch or two of snow fell in the morning and there are still sheets of ice on the pavements. Our water pumps are still frozen, but there's enough mains pressure in the morning and evening to get hot water so we can shower and give D his bath. It's manageable. The weather is forecast to get even colder tomorrow...brrrr.
