i went for lunch today with a great couple from one of my home churches. they presented me with a copy of their son's cd which is due to be released next week. they are a very respectable couple, the former head of a private school (him) and midwife (her) so it was funny to receive this cd, featuring a picture of their son on the toilet.

it's not really my kind of music but i'm enjoying it so far and it will go down well at one of our zambian dance parties.

just in case you're interested: stupid kid music.

oh, and i've hurt my back which means i am walking around like an old lady / a pregnant lady / a lady who has poo'd her pants. attractive.
