fresh coffee is a little treat that I allow myself to enjoy on a weekend. haven?t quite got the quantities right yet though, so I was a little shaky after a couple of cups this morning.

i drove to kitwe to see my good friend constance today where we were speaking at a women?s meeting together. loved every second of it. we travelled back to ndola together and dropped in to see an amazing lady (the one with the very cute ?guard dog? puppies). nice phone call with the parentals followed by a visit from a friend. a good day.
