Hello -5°c, I've been expecting you

Above we have another poor photo but it's the only one I took today. It is L just before the school run wrapped up warm. Layers include; tops x 2 duck cardigan x1, hoody, body warmer and massive padded coat. I then added some gloves and a buggy blanket for good measure.

Went swimming this morning. L was a bit unsure after missing the last 2 sessions due to me locking us out of the house without our swimming kit 2 weeks ago, and then L cutting her head open on the Tarmac outside the pool last week! She did eventually settle down and enjoy it though.

Came home and researched my fimo cake topper strategy and made carrot and corriander soup.

I thought I may have found something in my hair today but didn't get a long enough look to see whether it was fluff or a blooming nit. I've since combed my entire head and the kids and I think we're clear. I did ascertain as part of my search though that E has incredibly spotless hair from root to tip. This is surprising cos she likes a good bit of rough and tumble and is rather bath shy. M had both pink and green glitter in her hair along with a bunch of tangles due to her neglected curls. L, on this occasion, had my soup in her hair.
