backlit trees

this picture was taken from the top of oldnall road halesowen, looking north towards dudley (ish). the illuminated spire on the right is dudley top church.

from off the road where i parked up to take this pic, the trees were perfect silhouettes again the bright white light coming from down in the dip, i think this may be from an outdoor football pitch. i may go back and try this shot again at some point. if i walked down the hill into the field, closer to the trees i could do a better job of it.

you wouldnt believe the lengths i went to tonight to try and take a spooky picture elsewhere, tomorrow the missis said she would come with me and hold my hand so i dont get scared of the dark!
