getting old?

i remember talking when i was very young about being 30 on the 30th, and now its happened.

i never could have guessed what i would be doing with myself a this age, and things certainly havnt panned out how i expected, but i cant say i mind, its all worked out well. i have almost, i repeat, almost got my dream job, my car is pretty much what i always aimed for, got a gorgeous woman on my arm, and the house is slowly coming together. perfik!

over christmas i was reflecting on the last couple of years with my dad, and decided this is a good age to be, and a good period in my life. lets hope i can keep the mix going just as it is now, fingers crossed!
