Barber shop pole.
On my way to the indoor carboot sale at Dryden's Mill in Preston this morning, I spotted this rather eye catching barber pole. It was lit and revolving which was a little strange because the outside of the shop was tightly shuttered in steel, as befits an establishment that is situated in the burger, fried chicken and kebab corner of the town. The trash does tend to congregate there, and no, I'm not talking about the pub and club clientele. It may have been there years, although the signage does look fairly new. I think that I noticed it because the sign was lit and turning.
Adios.
