Treat

This is a treat I often indulge in at the weekend, particularly if I am not working.

But the salmon is often the cheaper end of the market.

Today however, I had treated myself to 'Chestnut smoked' salmon and it was magic.
Served with fresh coffee on a table decorated with a cloth from Zambia. In a nice warm comfortable house.

I sometimes think we have too much and are not appreciative enough of what we have and the choice we have so easily at hand. When others have so little.

So. Not every week, but now and again it will stay special. And i'll try to appreciate it. And those around me.
