A very pleasant Schools Mission (UK) trustees meeting last evening with a great chilli followed my some very slimming - not - puds.

And, after two months at home, Bananablip finally got round to cooking us Nshima and chicken. True Zambian style with not a knife and fork in sight.

Oh. And a glass of Bellhaven best to wash it down.
