Sushi From Heaven - With Sesame Touch
Almost raw sushi, if it was not for cooked rice. I tried to make sushi with brown rice, but somehow it got really messy and my veggies started to "runaway" from my seaweed. So I easily opted for sushi rice.
When sushi rice was cooked I added a mixture of rice vinegar, salt and brown sugar. The rice taste came out really nice. As far as feelings, cucumber, carrots and avocado seemed to be a really nice combination. Some wasabi paste, soy sauce, pickled ginger and sushi tasted like from "heaven." Sprinkled sesame seeds made an extra difference.
