All In Salad ? Nutritious, Healthy and Tasty
After presenting my family with possible ingredients for today's dinner I asked what they would like to have, all I heard was "All In." So, I decided to toss everything together and make a salad out of it.
The best part is that this salad did not ask for any kind of salad dressing, or even a salt (although I prepared salad dressing with olive oil with herbs, garlic and lemon). The salad had: chickpeas, kidney beans, sun-dried tomatoes, green and black olives, red onion, spring onion, red lettuce, cherry tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts (sprouted at home), cucumber, some capers and fresh basil leaves. Colorful protein rich "All In" salad, easy to prepare, healthy, tasty, vegan, economical.
