Light Vegan Couscous Gusto
Couscous is so easy to prepare, just pour on a hot water over it, leave it to stand for about 4 minutes, and it is ready.
No need for extra seasoning, just add salt and water. The best part of a simple yet tasty couscous is that quickly picks up the flavor with other foods and it blends easily with other rich in flavor foods and herbs.
Next to the couscous, slightly steamed broccoli is served with suited onion and zucchini, all covered with yummy soya cream. Tomatoes fit so well with this dish, not only in color but also in taste.
