Friday was a calm and civilised affair. Curries were cooked and eaten and although alcohol was consumed, we were a model of moderation, retiring at a reasonable time.

Saturday woke to fine weather and after a long and lazy breakfast, while many wandered in the hills, Duncan here and his small army of sous chefs prepared dinner.
