Friday

It should have been the first proper day's cycling (i.e. not just straight to work) but all the incentives to bail out and take the short route were there - TFP was performing some civic duty, it was hosing with rain, cold and I was a wee bitty tired from yesterday's driving and staying up too late watching TV. But no. I need to get as many of January's 350 miles as possible although with only 51 done I might be stretching it a bit.

Anyway, got work soaking wet and with freezing soggy feet. I put one on the carpet and got that Friday feeling. Sadly that's as close to a Friday feeling as I got today.
