Homey Oatmeal With Cinnamon, Maca, Banana
Today I felt cold and with no energies.
I thought of something that always brings a smile to my face and it also feels good to my stomach: warm oatmeal porridge. To spice it up and bring more energy to my body, I added maca (lepidium meyenii), dash of cinnamon, sliced banana and little bit of unsweetened strawberry jam.
Delightfully vegan, nutritious, brought some warmth to my bones, and for sure increased energy levels. :)
