And it came to pass that Lady Findhorn heeded the advice of her blipping chums and of her second born daughter of surgical fame and fortune, and betook herself to the A & E department this morning to be greeted by one of her daughter's many admiring acolytes and given preferential treatment.
This meant that in two hours I had 3 X- rays and had been diagnosed with a 'fracture of the greater tuberosity of the humerus'.
How grand does that sound and how painful. Apparently it will heal of it's own accord in 4-6 weeks and I can escape any domestic chores now that I have my arm in an important looking sling. I wish!
However I might have to be ever so creative with blipping as cameras are designed for fully functional right arms.
