Hang In there!

This little Goldfinch patiently awaits his turn to dive down to the window feeder below!

Today was much less frigid than yesterday! I love seeing the Goldfinches arrive...they come all together, as though attending a reunion or some such gathering! While there may be no birds in sight, suddenly the trees are alive with the color yellow!

Although this fellow's coloration is quite faded from the nearly unbelievable bright yellow of summer, the color will reappear come spring!
