Our phantom of the opera!

Another good day today...

Started today by taking the Christmas decorations down, a job that I have been itching to do for days, but there would have been an outcry in the house if I'd done it any sooner!
Decided that Sammy and I should go a nice long walk at the country park and get some good photos for todays blip. We spent a good few hours snapping away and I even managed to venture into the caves there, which I normally avoid because I am a wimp and Sammy Dog is an even bigger wimp.
I took some really good photos, there's lots of interesting old buildings there and plenty of wild life.
After all that effort, it turned out that our wee cat Cookie stole the show..
I took this photo of her because she just looked so chilled out on the couch. I had forgotten just how stunning she looks sometimes. My Dad calls her The Phantom of the Opera because of the way her face is marked.

She's a real character, and a source of much happiness in our house.
A little cat with a big personality!
