white horses

Today I was rudely awakened by the sound of a roof tile bouncing off the bedroom window...
So much for making the most of my last day off work, it's not really safe to venture out today.
I tend to get a bit stir crazy if I don't get out of the house at all, so I took a quick drive down to the harbour to watch the white horses for a while.
I had to time my exit from the house, a quick run down the path between gusts, watching for any low flying roof tiles or wheelie bins!
It looks like Sammy dog and I will have to be content with a day infront of the fire, whilst doing a Tesco grocery shop online today.
Still... anything is better than having to go to work! :-)
