Yet More mince pies!!

Had a great time last night.
Didn't have what we thought but had Pork belly with apples and sage,( recipe from Hairy Bikers' Best of British) It was delicious!
( However Alan gave us a pheasant to bring home with us! So we had the best of both worlds!)

Have now recovered ready for tonight! Going round to friends who live near, so can walk there and back.( No drink driving!)
Margaret says she is fed up of cooking so we are having a Chinese Takeaway!
Which will be a nice change after all the rich food of the last week.
However have made some mince pies to have afterwards, with the coffee, and Margaret is baking a cream sponge for dessert!
