Funny hills and noses of different places! :P

So we got up in Killmessaan, but waking up wasn't that easy anymore.. like it's never easy for me, we people from Hollanti family need our waking up time that takes something from 30min to 2hours. Depending of the day. And it was raining heavily when we first woke up so I said pff and continued sleeping. At 10-11am I smelled some breakfast somewhere in the car and agreed to wake up also. And first lesson "so after this when you see a car with foggy windows you might remember road trip and you know that there is someone sleeping in the car" :D so now I know that. And despite of the fact it was a slow morning it was still perfect timing! Cause it was raining a lot but straight when we got to Hill of Tara the rain stopped and the sun came back to be nice and bright again ^^ Hill of Tara was impressive and funny with the stone that looks funny.. hmm.. I tell you later. there was also a lot of sheeps and you could see so far away because the weather was so good and we were up on a hill! There was no one else except us because it's off season now so that was also nice :> you could see different towns on top of the hills and it was just really beautiful and interesting to see.

After a while we continued the trip. And you could really notice that Germany is one of the target markets for Ireland. There are signs on the road for german people, you can hear german language anywhere, there are books in german in shops.. and where is Finland huh? well, I feel special again :D but would be nice to see some Finns randomly :)

Anyways. From Tara we went to Howth. It was just a random place where I was suppose to go once a year ago but never got and wanted to go now but actually I had no idea what there was.. so after we almost got there I realized that we need to skip Wicklow National Park cause we came here, for me it was okey cause I've been there already but it's amazing place and Sebastian hasn't been there, so I started to get some bad feelings if we were going to Howth for nothing and skipping Wicklow because of that but huh, Howth turned out to be a really nice place :)) on the map we found place called "the nose of Howth" so Sebastian decided to ask from his friends (random people from the street) where we could find this place and there was one lost guy and one old lady who said "I've been living here for 45 years and I've never heard of a place called the nose of Howth. I just have my daily walk around the harbour always". That was so cute that we decided to have "a daily walk around the harbor" also :D There was a lot of boats, random islands and lighthouses and it didn't look like Ireland at all. More like France or Spain. but it was nice and there was a lot of dogs :)

After harbor we continued to the mountains to do some hill walking and find the nose of Howth! :D so we found these palm trees! yep, doesn't look like Ireland at all :D and our small hill walk wasn't that small as we spend the rest of the day at the hills but it was really beautiful. You could see only the see around you, nothing else, as it really is in the coast of Ireland. so it was really impressive. And as we realized there is no hurry we sat at the benches along the route, watched the sea, told some bad jokes and continued again :D when we got to the end we realized we were totally at the other side of the town :D so we needed to walk through the town back to the car. I liked it, wandering around almost aimlessly, getting a bit lost, spending time with good friend and talking about this and that :) not bad day at all.

When we found the car and got some food we decided to skip Dublin as we've been there, skip Wicklow as there was no time for it cause it was dark already and head to Waterford. A bigger city in the south coast. So we drove for good time again. Went through both of our childhoods and families by talking, sang some songs, drank a lot of coffee and had good laughs of random signs of places like "Kill, Killinaboy, Bective" etc. Irish places are funny :p

When we finally got to Waterford we decided to find a place to stay, hostel B&B or whatever that has shower :D we left the car to a park house, as it was open till 10pm, talked to the guy working there, Paddy, funny guy, hates american tourists, Irish music and american beer :D he recommended us a place so we went to see the city and find the place. So we found a B&B for us and went to pick up the car and our stuff from there but I guess Paddy was thirsty and closed the car park too early to go to a pub.. argh.. so the car was there and all our things were there, fresh clothes, towels, everything! well, at least we got all the necessary things so we bought some wine and shampoo and were happy :D It had been a long good day again so we skipped the pubs, we'll see them in Tralee again and we fell asleep before we even noticed.

Guess that's also a good sign of a well spend day :>
