The Egg Shop!

Our neighbours hens aren't laying too well at the moment so we've had to resort to BUYING our eggs! Fortunately eggs from 'happy hens' are readily available and we called into a local supplier. It operates on an honesty policy so it was quite distressing to see a notice inside declaring that eggs had been stolen. We like to think that such things don't happen in our village area, sadly they clearly do.
We then continued on a different walk from the usual and managed a decent route before the light started to fade. I am marginally better today though still a bit croaky. I think the mulled wine last night helped enormously, so much so that I think I might try the remedy again tonight!
