Bountiful broccoli: one of my favourite salads

I think it's the mouth feel of this. It's not too much work to chew because the food processor has crumbed the vegetable yet there's still of lot of satisfying and stress relieving crunch. The nuts and seeds are creamy and the cumin and poppy seeds are wonderfully aromatic and textured. Although there is a little dressing included, it's still wonderfully moist but light and dry.
