Lord of the Ropes

This is me at work with two of my colleagues. Actually we took this photo after work as it would have been a bit weird for the students to see us dressed like this!

Every Christmas the staff and students organise a charity cake auction and I have nominated my department to make and donate a cake. The theme is supposed to be Lord of the Rings but we thought we'd adapt it to Lord of the Ropes as we're teaching climbing at the moment!

What's this got to do with a cake I hear you ask???

Well, I'm going to get the photo made into edible rice paper and then stick it on top of a cake that I'm going to make and voila! The students will love it and hopefully it'll raise lots of money as the kids like it when you make a fool of yourself!
