Dawn Breaks

One good thing about the long dark is that I'm awake for taking a photo as dawn breaks.
Currently I leave home and return home in the dark, but just managed to get this shot of the dawn sky before arriving at work.
Apart from a crop and a half stop increase in exposure in RAW processing this is as it was, beautiful colours. ( too tired to edit out the telegraph wire)

After work I called in on opendoor, a project that I'm part of, where a few of us meet up for a meal with a few folks who live alone or "on the edge" of the well healed town I live in, it feels a very non hierachical community thing and I always arrive a bit reluctant and leave glad of the encounters with people there. Tonight 3 of us talked about the books we're reading and films we love.
Regarding films, tonight I raved about O Brother where art thou and Pans Labarynth and the Toy Story Trilogy.

I really must watch films more often.
