Ok so its not a birthday but yesterday when I noticed I was at 699 I thought hmmmm, so this is the only thing I could come up with in fact a dictionary is probably one of the only books I've got which has a page 700!! - I did look around London for a number 700 but nope nothing

No knee improvement from yesterday, but I feel like such a wimp going on about it.
