Berries

Not sure what these berries are they were on a tree in someone's garden spotted while I was walking trudging home after a train delay of over an hour due to a broken down train. The snail has now been re-homed outside in my clematis - well most of the leaves fall off so I don't mind if it eats a few before hibernating.
