Sweet

Last weekend D suggested that we shouldn't buy any "junk" food because he was upping his fitness regime to make up for the lost weeks when he was coughing. Tonight he said he fancied something sweet and I said sorry when we were shopping you put back the ice cream I wanted to buy ....... then I remembered that ages ago I was gonna make some fudge so had bought a tin of condenced milk but I never got around to it and guess who ate the whole tin (minus one spoon which I had) yep D and worse he added loads of currents - I feel sick just thinking about the calories and fat he's eaten. I've taken this over one I had of Apache just so i NEVER forget the sight of someone eating a whole tin in one sitting.

I had the afternoon off work today and went into the library in Bishopsgate as they have a huge collection of old drade directories - I've never been there before, it was amazing so old fashioned and rustic - I loved it - didn't find what I wanted but I'll be back there soon. I should have taken a pic inside but I didn't think until it was too late :(
