I am told that hitting the wall during a marathon is a horrendous feeling. Wearing a moustache is not quite that bad but hell's teeth, not on my top lip.

While taking this photo, the number one son was sitting laughing at me, although I owuld like to think it was more to do with me having shaving cream on my face rather than the 'Tasch'

Picked up new glasses today, not as good as the old ones I lost, thought our eldest. We had an interesting chat this evening. Having nailed another mathematical concept as I prepared rolls, oh yes I am good at multi tasking, we then had a violin lesson where we started working out one of her favourite tunes.

Back at work but with all the evening stuff, it turned out a good day.
